
Suzanne Granja Brummett
Ms. Brummett is an experienced U.S. immigration attorney and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1997. She has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in U.S. immigration matters. In her legal career, she has successfully obtained temporary and permanent visas for executives, managers, entrepreneurs, engineers, scientists, researchers, professors, IT personnel and other professionals. She also has successfully obtained approval of national interest waiver petitions for scientists, engineers and business professionals as well as successfully obtained approval of extraordinary ability alien petitions for a hairstylist/educator, and a computer scientist, among others. She also has extensive experience handling family immigration matters and has obtained immigrant visas for spouses of U.S. citizens and their family members both through adjustment of status, fiancee visas, K-3 visas, I-751 petitions, citizenship and has successfully obtained waivers of the three and ten year bars and citizenship.
Ms. Brummett is a published author of immigration related articles for the Scientist magazine and human resources publications. Ms. Brummett is a dual national of Ecuador and is fluent in Spanish. She also studied in Paris, France and is conversant in French. She also pursued study abroad programs in Barcelona, Spain and Mexico City, Mexico. She also lived and worked in the Netherlands. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and large extended family.
